Return

If your product is defective or does not work properly, let us know and we will send you a replacement product.

REFUNDS

We offer a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to our warehouse in China and we will refund your money after receiving the item.

CAUTION

We do not accept direct returns of goods without notifying us by email (support@madepants.de).
Any address on the package is not a return address, please contact customer service to provide you with the correct return address.
Returns without an authorized return address by customer service representatives will not be refunded.
Clearance products do not support returns. (For example, a page or collection named “Sale” or a product with “Sale” in the title)
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping and customs duties. We cannot receive packages without paying customs fees.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we cannot make any changes.

Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING

We do not offer a return label. You will be responsible for paying the shipping and customs fees for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds are usually made within 2-3 days depending on the payment method.
